Description
My Christmas song, 'Gloria', lasts 2.5 minutes and is a setting of my own words for 4-part choir SATB, with piano accompaniment. It is an animated joyous carol sung by the angels, proclaiming and celebrating the birth of Jesus. I hope to have portrayed the happy, uplifting nature of the words by use of the syncopated lively rhythms in the music. The audio demo here is sung by the 'Bel Canto' amateur choir of Macclesfield, and includes only verses 1, 2 and 4. The vocal and piano scores are also available for purchase separately, if required.
